Getz Healthcare, advised by Pickering Pacific, acquired the healthcare business of Jebsen & Jessen in Thailand

Pickering Pacific is pleased to announce that it acted for Getz Healthcare, a Pan Asian distributor of medical devices and equipment, on its successful acquisition of the healthcare business of Jebsen & Jessen in Thailand on 1 November 2015. This acquisition follows the earlier acquisition of the healthcare business of Jebsen & Jessen in Malaysia which was completed on 1 October 2015.

Getz Healthcare is a member of The Getz Group of Companies, which is an Asian focused international sales & marketing company, operating in a number of different business segments. The Getz Group was established in 1852 and started operations in Asia in 1871.
