Acquisition of the Communications Division of Jebsen & Jessen group of companies in Southeast Asia

On 2 February 2016, Dimension Data, the USD 8 billion global ICT solutions and services provider, announced that it has completed the acquisition of the communications division of the Jebsen & Jessen Group of companies in Southeast Asia, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition includes the division’s operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. This announcement follows the announcement in 2015 of Dimension Data’s intent to acquire the division, conditional on certain conditions being met.
