Sale of Jebsen & Jessen's stake in JJ-Muntons (Thailand) Ltd

Pickering Pacific would like to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, a subsidiary of Jebsen & Jessen, in the sale of its stake in JJ-Muntons (Thailand) Ltd to Muntons Ingredients (Thailand) Limited, the subsidiary of Muntons plc, a leading UK malted ingredients manufacturer. The transaction was completed on 22 March 2019 for an undisclosed sum.
