Lineage acquires Fremantle City Coldstores, an Australia-based cold chain storage company.

Pickering Pacific is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Lineage, the world’s largest temperature-controlled warehouse REIT, on its acquisition of Australia-based Fremantle City Coldstores (“FCC”).

Established in 2001, FCC operates a cold storage warehouse in Fremantle, Western Australia. The facility features nearly 42,000 cubic meters of capacity and over 8,000 pallet positions, serving a wide range of customers across the region.

This transaction represents another major milestone in Lineage’s ongoing strategy to expand its footprint across Asia Pacific. In Australia, Lineage now operates 15 facilities, further strengthening its leadership position in the market.

Pickering Pacific is proud to have advised Lineage on a third transaction in the region after its acquisition of Mandai Link Logistics in Singapore in 2022 and joint venture arrangement with SK Logistics in Vietnam in 2023.
