We provide training services to help our clients internalize relevant M&A knowledge and skills. These trainings help client teams prepare for future M&A transactions. They also help client teams manage more efficiently their M&A advisors through the M&A knowledge they have gained.
In particular, we offer training seminars. Our seminars cover all the steps of M&A transactions. They focus on the business and financial aspects of these transactions. Seminars are highly interactive and use our extensive, hands-on experience. They equip participants with practical tools and prepare them to be successful at all steps of the M&A process.
From time to time, we provide open seminars that can be attended by middle and senior executives from different companies. These seminars are therefore open to the public. There are no open seminars currently scheduled but please register with us if you would like to be made aware of future dates for open seminars.
